What is ONE UF?
One.UF is a platform that will help student to manage student life to help find courses currently being offered by UF. The students can view their final grades, schedule of the classes on their campus map and monitor their academic progress. The students can also access other student self services. ONE.UF will be the central point for accessing self-service functionality for the students.
The student can refer to the schedule of courses by visiting the site https://one.uf.edu/soc/. The courses will be mentioned according to the seasons, fall, spring and summer. The student can select a term and utilize the search filters to find classes.
ONE.UF will give a great user experience by creating a personalized, intuitive platform that is integrated with the services you already use on a daily basis.

Step 2: Go the settings
Step 3: To view courses within a particular field of study, select from the filter menu and press “Search”.
Step 4: Courses can be filtered based upon any of the available criteria.

To check the grades the students need to visit the site https://login.ufl.edu/idp/profile/SAML2/Redirect/SSO?execution=e2s1 and login into it with the Gatorlink username and password and check their grades.
To see the class schedule on the campus map also the student need to login through Gatorlink username and password. They can monitor their progress there.
The students can check other students self services and explore and learn through them.
One.UF welcomes the feedback to make essential changes according to the students needs and they always welcome new ideas and suggestions. It will help the University to improve the features further and benefit to everyone. Hence it has created a portal for the suggestions and the students can participate in that.

What is My UFL?
University of Flordia provides a “portal” for the University known as myUFL which provides a variety of services and applications for the university community. This portal myUFL is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for the business process and access for the students, faculty and staff and others who would like to avail the services.

This portal myUFL has a login page, https://my.ufl.edu/ps/signon.html, through which the services are provided.
There are many services available via myUFL such as travel and expense functions, time reporting, direct deposit and emergency contact information, and the student online payment system. The students can avail this service by accessing the portal.
myUFL has few brower requirements, such as the browsers that are provided by the vendor as certified for use with myUFL. If your browser (or version of that browser) is not officially certified for use with myUFL, most functionality should work as expected; however, it is possible that some features may not.
What is Gatorlink?
For the the students to access the information and explore the University of Florida information systems, Gatorlink username and password is required. A GatorLink username and password is required for access to most University of Florida information systems. The GatorLink accounts are provided to the individuals or the students with active affiliations with the University, as it is recorded in the UF Identity Registry.
Create Gatorlink account
To create a GatorLink account at the University of Florida you must have a qualifying Affiliation. In addition to the qualifying Affiliation, you will need a personal email address and at least one valid phone number in the UF Registry. When all the 3 requirements are met, you will be sent an ‘Invitation’ email to create your GatorLink account. The email will navigate to the link below, where you will need your UFID and phone ready.

The individuals require strong passwords to secure UF information assets and to keep your information private. All GatorLink accounts have assigned password complexity standards that govern how and when passwords must be changed and what passwords can be used.
To change your password go to account.it.ufl.edu, click on “Change Your Password” and then login with your GatorLink username and current password.
